We currently ship across India.
International shipping isn't available just yet, but we’re working on it!

How Long Will It Take?

Your order will be delivered within 7–10 business days of placing it.
Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on your PIN code.

Please note that during sale events or within 3 days of a new collection launch, you may experience a 3-5 day delay in receiving your order. 

Shipping Fees

Standard Shipping: FREE shipping for orders above ₹1299
Cash on Delivery (COD): Flat shipping fee of ₹100

Please note: U&I may not be able to offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services to customers who have previously declined COD orders upon delivery.

How Can I Track My Order?

As soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to follow your package every step of the way. Please note that it may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Stolen Packages

U&I under Innocott International Pricate Limited is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after dispatch.
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate during checkout to avoid any delivery issues. Once your order is handed off to our shipping partner, it becomes their responsibility.
