We offer a complimentary, one-time exchange within 7 days of purchase — whether it’s a different size or colour to ensure you find your perfect fit.

Once we receive your return, our team will complete a quick quality check. As soon as it's approved, your new item will be dispatched, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Items are eligible for exchange only once.

Note: Any discounts from your original purchase won’t apply to exchanged items. The exchange will be processed at the full price of the new product. 


RETURNS POLICY

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, your items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition and packaging
  • With tags intact

You may initiate an exchange or a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

A flat fee of ₹150 will be applied for all returns. This fee covers the shipping costs for returning products to our warehouse. This amount will be deducted from the refund.

Returns on a single item of a set or a bundle are not acceptable; the whole bundle or set has to be returned

The return/exchange process takes 9-12 days to complete.

The above exchange and returns policy applies to all purchases made via our website only (www.shopuandi.com).

Important Note:

  • U&I is not responsible for any garments lost during the return or exchange process. We recommend ensuring your return package is securely handed over during pickup.
  • In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, please email us at hello@shopuandi.com within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item, and make sure the product is untried, unworn, and unwashed. Once verified, we’ll replace it immediately at no extra cost.
  • If you’ve initiated a return or exchange and the pickup hasn’t happened within 4 days, please contact us with your order ID at hello@shopuandi.com, and we’ll help resolve it as soon as possible.


DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception. Do not accept an item if it isn’t properly sealed or packaged. 

All our products go through a strict quality check before dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we’re happy to offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund—provided it’s returned within 7 days of delivery.

To report a faulty item, please follow the same steps outlined for returns/exchanges. Make sure to upload clear images of the defect so our team can review the issue. Once verified, we’ll process your replacement or refund accordingly.


REFUND OPTIONS

For prepaid orders:

Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to your original method of payment (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, net banking) once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds for COD orders can be issued via:

  • UPI Transfer
  • Bank Transfer

Important Notes

  • All returned items are subject to inspection. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
  • The company reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the return policy criteria.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
