Cancellation Policy

Eligibility:

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Upon cancellation, you will receive the full order value processed to your original payment method.

How to Cancel:

Once we receive your request, we’ll confirm the order status and guide you through the cancellation process.

Please note: Cancellations cannot be processed once the order has been shipped.

Out of Stock Items

If an item you purchased is found to be out of stock after your order has been placed, our team will notify you via email or WhatsApp at the earliest. You will be offered one of the following options:

• A suitable replacement of equal value, or
• A full refund to your original payment method (for prepaid orders) or via UPI/Bank Transfer (for COD orders).
